These regulations (hereinafter also: “Regulations”) define: the rules of use of the website www.instars.buzz (hereinafter also: “Website”), owned and operated by a company under the name: Streetcom Poland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw at street Foksal 16 (00-372 Warszawa), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000717688, NIP 5252739718, REGON 369491390 (hereinafter also: “Streetcom” or “Administrator”)
rules for the processing of personal data by the Administrator on the Website to comply with the requirements arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons about the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter also: “GDPR”) and other generally applicable normative acts.
The website is free of charge and addressed to adults interested in Streetcom’s activities (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
The Website User is obliged to read the Regulations before using the Website. Starting to use the Website is tantamount to full acceptance of the provisions of the Regulations.
§ 2
When using the Website, the User is obliged to: use the Website by the Regulations and applicable law, refrain from sending Streetcom content that is offensive, illegal, violating the legally protected personal rights of third parties, as well as copyrights and image of third parties, not to use the Website in a manner contrary to the law, decency or violating Streetcom’s rights, refrain from using the Website to send Streetcom advertisements and any information of a commercial nature, in particular by disseminating unsolicited commercial information,
not to take any actions that may hinder or disrupt the functioning of the Website.
Streetcom provides Users with free access to the Website for an indefinite period, 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
Using the Website does not require the User to install any additional software.
The User decides independently whether to provide Streetcom with his or her data as part of the electronic services provided by Streetcom on the Website (hereinafter: “Services”).
To use the Website, you need:
a) Internet access,
b) web browser with cookies enabled,
c) and in the case of the Contact Form, having an active e-mail account (e-mail account).
To use the Website’s Services, the User must have equipment that has access to the Internet and software that meets the following minimum requirements:
Internet Explorer version 9.0 or newer with ActiveX, JavaScript and Cookies enabled, or
Mozilla Firefox version 30 or newer with Java applet, JavaScript and Cookies support enabled, or
Google Chrome version 30 or newer with Java, JavaScript and Cookies applet support enabled,
minimum screen resolution 1024 x 768 pixels.
Streetcom recommends that the equipment with which the User will use the Website has regularly updated anti-virus software and firewall.
The User bears his/her own costs for obtaining access to the Internet and data transmission in connection with the use of the Website.
§ 3
The following types of Services provided by Streetcom electronically are available to the User on the Website:
a) providing content at the User’s individual request by displaying a page with a specific URL address (information services),
b) redirection to the registration or login process on external websites: expert.streetcom.pl, fameshop.fm,
c) providing content in the form of a blog at the User’s request,
d) contact form.
The service provision agreement referred to in section 1 letter a) above, is concluded when the User enters the appropriate Website address (URL) containing the content available on the Website in the web browser or the User redirects to the Website from another website. The User may terminate the use of the service provided at any time. electronically, referred to in section 1 letter a) above. Termination of the contract for the use of this service takes place by ceasing to use the functionality of the Website. In such a case, the contract for the use of the service provided electronically terminates automatically without the need to submit additional declarations by the parties. The contract for the provision of electronic services in the scope of enabling the User to contact Street
once similar technologies may be stored until the cookie expires. Some cookies never expire, therefore the data storage time will be equivalent to the time necessary for the Administrator to achieve the purposes of data collection, such as ensuring security and analyzing historical data related to website traffic on the Website.
Data transfer
In connection with the Administrator’s use of third-party services, information regarding your activity on the Website or inquiries addressed to the Administrator may be disclosed:
providers of IT services and systems that are used to maintain the Website and use its functionalities, including Consentmanager, Google (including Google Ads, Fonts, General, and Recaptcha Tag Manager);
entities providing services necessary to send transactional and product information via e-mail or SMS messages to the extent that disclosure is necessary to automate, simplify, and analyze these processes.
We will not disclose your data to entities located outside the European Economic Area unless appropriate data protection standards are ensured.

Use of cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are short pieces of information that the Website saves on your device in the form of text files. The Policy contains information on the use of cookies on the Website.
