This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is addressed to users of the website www.instars.buzz (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). The Policy describes the rules for collecting and using data about Website users, which is obtained directly from them or via cookies and similar technologies.

Scope of collected data
The website allows you to contact the Administrator and provide him/her with your personal data – identification, contact details, as well as data related to the content of messages sent by you to the Administrator.
The Administrator also collects data related to your activity on the Website, such as time spent on the Website, search phrases, number of subpages displayed, date and source of the visit.
Source of personal data
If you contacted the Administrator, your data was provided to us directly from you.
If your data was provided in connection with a matter handled by the person who referred the matter to the Administrator (e.g. a representative), then the source of the data is this person. In such a case, the Administrator receives identification, address, and case-related data, such as a description of the case.
Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data

The right to withdraw consent
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of contact data for marketing purposes at any time by contacting the Administrator. Withdrawal of consent may make it difficult or impossible to contact you and does not affect the activities performed before its withdrawal.
Obligation or voluntariness to provide data
Providing your data to handle the case is voluntary, but necessary. Failure to provide them may make the consideration of the case difficult or impossible.
Providing data necessary for static analysis of Website users is voluntary. You can use the so-called incognito mode to browse the website without providing the Administrator with information about your visit to the Website. Using the incognito mode and therefore not providing data does not affect the ability to use the Website.
Providing your data for marketing purposes is voluntary.
Rights arising from the GDPR regarding processed data
You have the right:
request that the Administrator inspect your data and receive a copy thereof (Article 15 of the GDPR);
request the Administrator to rectify or correct personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR) – about the request to rectify data when you notice that the data is incorrect or incomplete;
request the Administrator to delete personal data (Article 17 of the GDPR);
request the Administrator to limit processing (18 GDPR) – e.g. if you notice that the data is incorrect – you may request to limit the processing of your data for a period enabling us to check the accuracy of this data);
submit a complaint regarding the processing of your data by the Administrator to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Recipients of your data
The recipients of your data may only be entities that are entitled to receive them under the law. In addition, your data may be made available to couriers, postal operators, hosting providers, mail servers, and law firms serving the Administrator.
Duration of storage of personal data
Your data will be stored until your consent is withdrawn or until the matter is resolved, and then until the expiry of the limitation period for the parties’ claims related to its implementation under the law.
