1. Streetcom Poland Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw at ul. Foksal 16 (00-372 Warszawa), entered into the register of entrepreneurs under KRS number 0000717688, NIP 525-273-97-18 (hereinafter referred to as Streetcom), is the controller of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons about the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter GDPR).2. The administrator has appointed a data protection officer who can be contacted in all matters relating to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights related to data processing.

Purposes and legal basis for the processing of personal data1. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for Streetcom to be able to present the interested person with an offer or information regarding Streetcom services and products.2. Personal data are processed: a) for the purpose necessary to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract – under Art. 6 section 1 letter b) GDPR, b) to pursue the legitimate interests of Streetcom or a third party, such as handling internal processes related to running a business, handling civil and enforcement, administrative and criminal proceedings, marketing of own products and services? based on Article. 6 Section 1 letter f) GDPR, c) to fulfill obligations arising from legal provisions? based on Article. 6 section 1 letter c) GDPR.
What categories of your data do we process? We process the data provided by you in the contact forms, in particular name and surname, contact details, etc.
To whom personal data will be transferred 1. Personal data may be transferred to entities processing data on behalf of the administrator and to entities authorized to obtain data under applicable law. Personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients: entities providing the administrator with services necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, including IT partners, entities providing technical or organizational support, other subcontractors in the field of customer service, marketing, entities authorized under the law.2. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area.
How long personal data will be processed Personal data will be processed until the purpose specified in the consent is achieved or until the consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first, and then for the period of limitation of claims and until the completion of civil, enforcement, administrative and criminal proceedings requiring processing data. Do we process your data automatically (including through profiling)? Your data may be processed in an automated manner, but they will not be profiled and it will not produce any legal effects for you or significantly affect your situation to a similar extent.
What rights do you have about personal data
1. You have the right to rectify data, access data, delete data, limit data processing, and transfer data provided to the administrator.
2. You have the right to object to data processing based on the legitimate interest of the administrator or a third party, including profiling, for reasons related to your particular situation, and to object to data processing for direct marketing purposes, including profiling.
3. About data processed based on consent? you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before the withdrawal of consent.
4. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Office or with another supervisory authority established under applicable law.
