What is InStars?

Instars is an innovative platform that gives space and opportunity for anyone – regardless of the number of followers – to gain partnerships with brands and build an engaged social media account.

What does participation in campaigns depend on?

In fact, participation in a recruitment depends on a number of factors. First and foremost on the answers you give in the recruitment questionnaire, but also on your age, location or interests.

How to apply for the campaign?

By filling in the recruitment questionnaires. The quality of the completed recruitment questionnaire, age, gender, demographics, and interests are taken into account. Additionally, there are always our clients’ criteria for each campaign – these are different each time and are not public.

When will I find out about my participation in the campaign?

At the end of the recruitment you will receive an e-mail from us regarding this issue. What’s important is that if you qualify for a campaign, we’ll get back to you, and if unfortunately you don’t make it, we’ll get back to you too!

Where can I find information about planned campaigns?

If you want to keep up to date, be sure to follow our social media profiles. Kształt 😊
There we always publish all the information about planned campaigns.

How can I consent to the processing of sensitive data?

Simply log in to your Streetcom account, then under “Your profile” tab go to the “Consents” section. There you can tick your consent to the processing of sensitive data.

How to change your email address?

You need to email us about this – instars@instars.buzz. Remember to include the email address you are currently using and the one to which you have your account assigned in your message.

How to delete an account?

To delete your account, contact us at instars@instars.buzz with your account deletion request.

What if I don’t pick up my package?

If you fail to collect your package, the courier will then attempt delivery again on the next working day. If you do not manage to pick it up at that time either, then unfortunately the package will be returned to us. But rest assured, this does not mean that you will be excluded from the campaign. Be sure to write a message to the project manager at the e-mail address associated with the campaign and inform them about the situation – we consider each situation individually, and in exceptional cases we will resend the package to you.

What if it turns out that I cannot participate in the campaign even though I have already collected the package?

In such a situation, don’t get stressed, but simply get in touch with us. Write an e-mail, call us – then we will try to resolve the situation somehow.
