What does participation in campaigns depend on?
In fact, participation in recruitment depends on many factors. Primarily on the answers provided in the recruitment survey, but also on your age, place of residence and interests.
How to apply for the campaign?
By completing recruitment surveys. The following factors are taken into account: the quality of the completed recruitment questionnaire, age, gender, demographics, and interests. Additionally, in each campaign we always include our clients’ criteria – these are different each time and are not public.
When will I find out about my participation in the campaign?
At the end of the recruitment process, you will receive an e-mail from us regarding this matter. Importantly, if you qualify to participate in the campaign, we will contact you, and if unfortunately you are not successful, we will also contact you!
Where can I find information about planned campaigns?

How can I consent to the processing of sensitive data?
Just log in to your Streetcom account, then go to the “Consents” section in the “Your profile” tab. There you can indicate your consent to the processing of sensitive data.
How to change your email address?
You must write us an e-mail regarding this matter – email@example.com. Remember to include the email address you currently use and the one to which your account is assigned.
How to delete an account?
To delete your account, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a request to delete your account.
What if I don’t receive the parcel?
If you fail to collect the parcel, the courier will try to deliver it again the next business day. If you fail to pick it up, the parcel will be returned to us. However, this does not mean exclusion from participation in the campaign. Then be sure to write a message to the project manager at the e-mail address associated with the campaign and inform him about the situation – we consider each situation separately, and in exceptional cases, we resend parcels to you.
What if it turns out that I cannot participate in the campaign, even though I have already received the parcel?
In such a situation, don’t stress, just contact us. Write an e-mail, call us – then we will try to somehow solve this type of situation.
